Dividend resolution

The Management Board of MERCOR S.A. reports that on September 30th 2022 the Annual General Meeting of the Company passed a resolution to pay dividend.

• The total amount to be distributed to shareholders is PLN 9,864,877.05.
• The amount of dividend per share is PLN 0.63.
• Number of shares: 15,658,535. No dividend will be paid on treasury shares held by the Company as at the dividend record date following the share buyback.
• The dividend record date was set for October 31st 2022.
• The dividend payment date was set for November 8th 2022.
